Here is info from MPSSAA about the Wrestling Championships this weekend:
The State Wrestling Committee has conducted their seeding meeting and
placed all of the region qualifiers from this weekend's region tourneys
into the brackets for the State Tournament which is being held for the
first time at The Show Place Arena in Upper Marlboro on Friday, 3/4 and
Saturday, 3/5. Bouts begin with the preliminary rounds at 2:30 PM on
Friday and resume on Saturday morning at 9:30 AM with the first
consolation round. Check out the State match-ups and region tournament
results posted in the links below. State Tournament results will be
updated throughout both days of the tournament, thanks to our friends at
County Sports Zone!
