Hello OHS Wrestling Families,
It’s
almost that time of year again where our athletes will be hard at work
on the mat. We would like to kick off the 2015 OHS wrestling season
with an ADULT ONLY night out where our wrestling parents can meet each
other and get to know the coaches. So bring your friends and neighbors
and come join us Saturday, November 21, 2015 for the 3rd Oakdale Wrestling Annual Shrimp (and fried chicken) Feast.
As an added bonus, this year the Feast will be close to home at the
newly renovated New Market Fire Hall. Proceeds from the Shrimp feast
will help to raise money to support the OHS Wrestling Team. Our goal for this fundraiser is to sell 200 tickets and
we are asking for everyone’s help in spreading the word and selling as
many tickets as you can by November 15th. Your support during this
fundraiser will provide needed funds for travel, equipment, pre-match
meals, and expenses throughout the season. Our Athletes work hard and
deserve the very best.
We
will be asking parents to contribute Desserts; a sign-up sheet will
follow. Beer and Wine will be available to share free of charge. You
are welcome to bring your own if you would like.
